粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤的(de)發電(dian)廠將煤磨成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤粉(fen)(fen),用(yong)預熱空氣(qi)噴(pen)入(ru)爐膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產生混雜有大量(liang)不(bu)燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得(de)到(dao)了粉(fen)(fen)煤灰(hui)。粉(fen)(fen)煤灰(hui)的(de)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相(xiang)似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分為二氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣和未(wei)燃(ran)盡(jin)碳。
