三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長了干燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到干燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至(zhi)中層(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路(lu)方(fang)式行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下(xia)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分(fen)干燥,由(you)此(ci)(ci)完成干燥目的(de)。
