三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其筒體外形總(zong)長度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)(ti)結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料因自重(zhong)而不能快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
