煤粉灰(hui)烘干機(ji)是煤粉經高(gao)溫(wen)燃燒后形成(cheng)的一(yi)種似火山灰(hui)質混合材(cai)料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤(mei)的發電廠將(jiang)煤(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)100微米以下的煤(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用預熱(re)空氣噴入爐膛經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生(sheng)混(hun)雜有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的高溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰的化學(xue)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與粘土(tu)質相似(si),主要成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分為二氧(yang)(yang)化硅、三(san)氧(yang)(yang)化二鋁、三(san)氧(yang)(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)(yang)化鈣和未(wei)燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤(mei)灰(hui)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan), 粉煤(mei)灰(hui)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥時間,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果,完(wan)成干(gan)燥過程(cheng)。
