粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)煤(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以下(xia)的煤(mei)粉,用(yong)預(yu)熱空氣噴(pen)入爐膛(tang)經(jing)燃燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態(tai),產生(sheng)混雜有大量不燃物(wu)的高(gao)溫煙氣,經(jing)集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得(de)到了粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的化(hua)(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)與粘土質相(xiang)似,主要(yao)成(cheng)分為(wei)二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁、三(san)(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃盡(jin)碳。
工作原理
