三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總(zong)長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng)(cheng),由(you)電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在中間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連(lian)接。
工(gong)作原(yuan)理
物料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱交換(huan),物料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同(tong)時又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
