三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面得到(dao)充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地(di)(di)減少(shao)占地(di)(di)面積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接(jie)(jie)帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)(jie)。
