三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外形總長度約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
