三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪。通(tong)過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機總(zong)體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件(jian)的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物料(liao)(liao)在熱風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕(shi)物料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
