三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)托輪。通(tong)過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損(sun)件(jian)的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板(ban)(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋(xuan)行進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩形多(duo)回路方式(shi)行進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)(ban)內進(jin)行充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
