粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)燒(shao)煤的(de)發(fa)電廠將煤磨(mo)成100微米以下的(de)煤粉,用預熱(re)空氣噴入爐(lu)膛(tang)經燃(ran)燒(shao)形成懸浮狀態,產(chan)生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經集(ji)(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)(ji)就得到了粉煤灰。粉煤灰的(de)化(hua)學組成與粘土質相似,主要成分為二氧化(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳(tan)。
