煤粉灰(hui)烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃(ran)燒(shao)后形成的一(yi)種(zhong)似火山灰(hui)質(zhi)混(hun)合(he)材(cai)料(liao)。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微米以下的煤(mei)(mei)粉(fen),用預熱空氣噴(pen)入爐(lu)膛經燃(ran)燒形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產(chan)生混雜有大量(liang)不燃(ran)物的高溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰的化(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土(tu)質(zhi)相似(si),主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)氧化(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)二(er)鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工(gong)作原理
濕粉(fen)(fen)煤灰(hui)由(you)供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干, 粉(fen)(fen)煤灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)熱量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延長了(le)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重而不能快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由(you)此達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果,完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)過程。
