粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤的發電(dian)廠(chang)將煤磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)(wei)米以下的煤粉,用預熱(re)空(kong)氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐膛經燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產(chan)生(sheng)混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的高溫(wen)煙(yan)氣(qi),經集塵(chen)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)捕集就得到(dao)了粉煤灰(hui)。粉煤灰(hui)的化學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土(tu)質相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為(wei)二(er)氧化硅、三氧化二(er)鋁、三氧化二(er)鐵、氧化鈣(gai)和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕(shi)粉(fen)煤灰(hui)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入三層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘干, 粉(fen)煤灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時又延(yan)長了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)(duan)而(er)(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此(ci)達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成干燥(zao)過程。
