粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤的發電廠將煤磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的煤粉,用預(yu)熱空氣(qi)噴入爐膛經(jing)(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的高溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)(jing)集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉煤灰(hui)。粉煤灰(hui)的化學(xue)組成(cheng)與粘土(tu)質相似,主要成(cheng)分為二(er)氧(yang)化硅(gui)、三(san)氧(yang)化二(er)鋁(lv)、三(san)氧(yang)化二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤灰(hui)由供料(liao)裝置進入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan), 粉煤灰(hui)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端(duan)進入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚(yang)進,呈(cheng)進兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進方(fang)式(shi),物料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)(san)發(fa)的熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物料(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進,達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的物料(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的濕物料(liao)因(yin)自重(zhong)而(er)不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進,物料(liao)在此矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過程(cheng)。
