粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。

工作原理
濕(shi)粉煤(mei)灰(hui)由供料裝置進(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan), 粉煤(mei)灰(hui)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料在此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料在熱(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料因自重(zhong)而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料在此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo),完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)過程。
