煤粉灰(hui)烘干機(ji)是煤粉經高溫燃(ran)燒(shao)后形成的(de)一種(zhong)似火山灰(hui)質(zhi)混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)(shao)煤(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微米(mi)以下的煤(mei)粉,用預熱(re)空氣噴(pen)入爐膛經(jing)燃燒(shao)(shao)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產(chan)生混雜有大量不燃物的高(gao)溫(wen)煙氣,經(jing)集塵(chen)裝置捕集就得到了粉煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)灰(hui)的化學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)氧化硅、三氧化二(er)鋁、三氧化二(er)鐵、氧化鈣和未燃盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤(mei)灰(hui)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入三層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan), 粉煤(mei)灰(hui)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散(san)發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過程(cheng)。
