三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由(you)電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。

物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸(xi)(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
