粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)磨成100微米以下的煤(mei)粉,用預熱空(kong)氣噴(pen)入(ru)爐膛經燃燒形成懸(xuan)浮(fu)狀態,產生混雜有大量不(bu)燃物的高溫(wen)煙(yan)氣,經集塵裝置捕(bu)集就得(de)到了粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的化(hua)學組成與粘土(tu)質相似,主(zhu)要成分(fen)為二氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)硅、三(san)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳。
工作原理
濕(shi)(shi)粉煤(mei)灰由(you)供(gong)料裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan), 粉煤(mei)灰在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料在此達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)料行至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入(ru)(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料在熱(re)風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有(you)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕(shi)(shi)物(wu)料因自(zi)重而不能快速行進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料在此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)過程。
