三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利(li)用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減(jian)少(shao)占地面(mian)(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由(you)電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)更(geng)換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥,由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的。
