粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)煤(mei)(mei)的發電(dian)廠(chang)將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以下(xia)的煤(mei)(mei)粉(fen),用預熱(re)空氣噴入爐(lu)膛經(jing)燃燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產(chan)生混雜(za)有大量不燃物的高溫煙(yan)氣,經(jing)集塵裝(zhuang)置捕集就得到了(le)粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰的化(hua)(hua)(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土質相(xiang)似(si),主要成(cheng)分為二氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鈣(gai)和未燃盡碳(tan)。
工作原理
濕(shi)粉煤灰由供料(liao)裝置進入(ru)三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan)(gan), 粉煤灰在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進式實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進,呈(cheng)(cheng)進兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進,達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而(er)不(bu)能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果,完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)過程。
