煤粉灰烘(hong)干機是煤粉經高溫(wen)燃燒后形(xing)成(cheng)的一種似(si)火山灰質混合材料。
它(ta)是燃燒煤(mei)的(de)(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨成100微米(mi)以下的(de)(de)煤(mei)粉(fen)(fen),用(yong)預(yu)熱(re)空氣噴入爐(lu)膛經燃燒形成懸浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不(bu)燃物的(de)(de)高溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕(bu)集就得到(dao)了(le)粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)(fen)煤(mei)灰的(de)(de)化學組成與粘土(tu)質相似,主要成分為二氧化硅、三(san)氧化二鋁(lv)、三(san)氧化二鐵、氧化鈣和未燃盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉煤灰由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干, 粉煤灰在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發(fa)的熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延(yan)長了(le)干燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由此達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果,完成干燥(zao)(zao)過程(cheng)。
