粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)燒煤的發電廠將煤磨成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)100微米以下的煤粉,用預熱空氣(qi)(qi)噴入爐膛(tang)經(jing)燃(ran)燒形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀態,產(chan)生混雜有大(da)量不燃(ran)物的高(gao)溫(wen)煙氣(qi)(qi),經(jing)集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉煤灰。粉煤灰的化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相似(si),主(zhu)要(yao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分為二(er)氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和(he)未燃(ran)盡碳(tan)。
工(gong)作原(yuan)理
濕(shi)粉煤灰由供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入三層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan), 粉煤灰在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的行進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又(you)(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時(shi)(shi)又(you)(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)過程。
