煤粉灰(hui)烘干機是(shi)煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的(de)一種(zhong)似火山(shan)灰(hui)質混(hun)合材料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤的(de)發電廠將煤磨(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤粉(fen),用預熱空(kong)氣(qi)噴入(ru)爐(lu)膛(tang)經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態,產生混雜有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣(qi),經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉(fen)煤灰(hui)(hui)。粉(fen)煤灰(hui)(hui)的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相(xiang)似(si),主要(yao)成(cheng)(cheng)分為二氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)硅、三(san)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)鈣和(he)未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
