煤粉灰烘干機是(shi)煤粉經高(gao)溫燃燒(shao)后形成的一種似火山灰質混(hun)合(he)材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤的發電廠將煤磨成(cheng)100微米以(yi)下的煤粉(fen),用(yong)預熱空氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐膛(tang)經燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產生混雜有(you)大量不燃(ran)物的高(gao)溫煙(yan)氣(qi),經集塵裝置捕集就得到(dao)了粉(fen)煤灰(hui)。粉(fen)煤灰(hui)的化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似(si),主要(yao)成(cheng)分為二(er)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)鈣和未(wei)燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
