煤粉(fen)(fen)灰(hui)烘干機(ji)是煤粉(fen)(fen)經高溫(wen)燃燒后形(xing)成的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)似火(huo)山灰(hui)質(zhi)混合材(cai)料。
它是燃燒(shao)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)的發電廠(chang)將煤(mei)(mei)(mei)磨成100微(wei)米以下的煤(mei)(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱(re)空氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐(lu)膛(tang)經燃燒(shao)形成懸浮狀態(tai),產生混雜有大量不燃物的高溫(wen)煙氣(qi),經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰的化(hua)學組成與粘土質相似,主(zhu)要(yao)成分為二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二(er)鐵(tie)、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳。
工(gong)作原理(li)
濕粉煤灰(hui)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan), 粉煤灰(hui)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下(xia)不斷(duan)(duan)抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過(guo)程。
