粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)(ran)燒煤的發電廠將煤磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微米以下的煤粉,用預熱(re)空氣(qi)噴入爐膛經燃(ran)(ran)燒形成(cheng)(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產生混雜有大量不(bu)燃(ran)(ran)物的高溫煙氣(qi),經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉煤灰(hui)。粉煤灰(hui)的化學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘(zhan)土質相似(si),主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為二氧(yang)化硅、三氧(yang)化二鋁、三氧(yang)化二鐵、氧(yang)化鈣(gai)和未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
