煤粉(fen)灰烘(hong)干機是煤粉(fen)經高(gao)溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質(zhi)混(hun)合(he)材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)(mei)(mei)的(de)發電廠將(jiang)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空(kong)氣噴入(ru)爐(lu)膛經(jing)燃燒形成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮狀態,產生混雜(za)有大量不燃物(wu)的(de)高溫煙氣,經(jing)集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了(le)粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)(mei)灰的(de)化學組(zu)成(cheng)與(yu)粘(zhan)土質相(xiang)似,主要(yao)成(cheng)分為二(er)(er)氧(yang)化硅、三氧(yang)化二(er)(er)鋁、三氧(yang)化二(er)(er)鐵、氧(yang)化鈣和未燃盡碳。
