三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒體部分由(you)三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置的內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的截(jie)面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒體外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當(dang)的單筒的30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度地(di)(di)減(jian)少占(zhan)地(di)(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料由供(gong)料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang)(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang)(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又延長了(le)干燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方(fang)(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用(yong)下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
