SNCR(選擇性(xing)非催化(hua)還(huan)(huan)原(yuan)(yuan)法)脫(tuo)硝技術,是一種經濟實用的(de)NOx脫(tuo)除(chu)技術,其原(yuan)(yuan)理是以NH3、尿素[CO(NH2)2]等(deng)作(zuo)為(wei)還(huan)(huan)原(yuan)(yuan)劑,在(zai)注入到(dao)鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)之前霧化(hua)或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)注入到(dao)鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)中靠爐(lu)(lu)內(nei)的(de)熱量(liang)蒸發霧化(hua)。在(zai)適宜的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)范(fan)圍內(nei),氣(qi)相的(de)氨或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)尿素就會分解為(wei)自由基(ji)NH3和NH2,在(zai)特定的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)和氧(yang)存在(zai)的(de)條件下(xia),還(huan)(huan)原(yuan)(yuan)劑與NOx的(de)反(fan)應優于于其他反(fan)應而進(jin)行。在(zai)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)范(fan)圍(850°C~1150°C) 內(nei),還(huan)(huan)原(yuan)(yuan)劑(如氨、CO或(huo)(huo)碳氫化(hua)合物等(deng))有選擇性(xing)地將煙(yan)氣(qi)中的(de)NOx還(huan)(huan)原(yuan)(yuan)生成為(wei)N2和水(shui)來減少NOx排(pai)放(fang)的技術。
SNCR脫硝系(xi)統組成
SNCR脫硝系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要由(you)氨區(卸氨、儲(chu)氨)、還原劑輸送系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、計量/分配系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、噴(pen)射系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、氣源站(zhan)及(ji)其控制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等(deng)組成(cheng)。
SNCR系(xi)統煙(yan)氣脫硝過(guo)程是由下面(mian)四個基本過(guo)程完成:
卸料和儲存還原劑;
在鍋(guo)爐合適(shi)位注入稀釋后的還原劑;
還原劑的計量輸出、與水混合稀釋;
還原劑與煙氣混合進行脫硝反應。
