粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)(mei)的發電(dian)廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)100微米以下的煤(mei)(mei)粉(fen),用預熱空氣噴(pen)入爐膛(tang)經燃燒形成(cheng)懸浮(fu)狀態,產生(sheng)混雜有大量不燃物(wu)的高溫(wen)煙氣,經集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)。粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的化(hua)(hua)學(xue)組成(cheng)與粘土(tu)質(zhi)相似,主要(yao)成(cheng)分為二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉(fen)煤(mei)灰由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進入三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan), 粉(fen)煤(mei)灰在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進式實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地(di)被反復揚進,呈進兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)過程。
