三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減(jian)少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的(de)(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在(zai)外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電(dian)機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的(de)(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩形(xing)抄板內進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
