三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度(du)(du)約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒的內層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的熱量,又(you)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱量,同時又(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的。
