粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒煤(mei)(mei)的發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以(yi)下的煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空氣噴(pen)入爐膛經(jing)燃燒形(xing)成(cheng)懸浮狀(zhuang)態(tai),產(chan)生混雜有(you)大量不燃物(wu)的高溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵(chen)裝置捕集就得到了粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)的化學組成(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)分為二氧化硅、三氧化二鋁(lv)、三氧化二鐵、氧化鈣和未燃盡(jin)碳。
工作原理
