三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置(zhi)的內、中、外筒套疊(die)組成,這就使筒體的截(jie)面得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒體外形總(zong)長度約為與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占(zhan)地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)(de)支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托輪支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機總(zong)體結(jie)構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的(de)(de)檢修更(geng)換,在中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料由供料裝置(zhi)進入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料移動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端進入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步退(tui)一步的行(xing)(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物(wu)料因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內進行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥目的。
