工(gong)作原理
靜電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)工作原理是利用高(gao)壓電(dian)場使煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)離,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流中的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)荷電(dian)在(zai)電(dian)場作用下與氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流分離。負極(ji)(ji)由不同斷面形(xing)狀的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)導線制(zhi)成(cheng),叫(jiao)放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)。正極(ji)(ji)由不同幾何形(xing)狀的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)板制(zhi)成(cheng),叫(jiao)集(ji)(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)。靜電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)性能受粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)性質、設備構造(zao)和煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流速等三(san)個因素的(de)(de)影響。粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比電(dian)阻是評(ping)價導電(dian)性的(de)(de)指標(biao),它對除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)有直接(jie)的(de)(de)影響。比電(dian)阻過低(di),塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難(nan)以保(bao)持在(zai)集(ji)(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,致使其(qi)重返氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流。比電(dian)阻過高(gao),到達集(ji)(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)荷不易(yi)放(fang)出,在(zai)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間形(xing)成(cheng)電(dian)壓梯(ti)度會(hui)產生(sheng)(sheng)局(ju)部擊穿(chuan)和放(fang)電(dian)現象(xiang)。這(zhe)些情(qing)況都會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)下降。
