三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)筒體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒體外形總(zong)長度約為與之相當(dang)的單筒的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物料由(you)供料裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物料在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物料移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物料在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物料在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱量,同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)物料在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)濕物料因(yin)自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
