三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒體(ti)(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單(dan)筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層,實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層的抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層的另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層不斷地(di)被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層既(ji)充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)散(san)發的熱(re)量(liang)(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang)(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)目的。
