三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的。
