粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)的(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨成100微米以下的(de)煤(mei)粉,用預熱空氣噴入(ru)爐膛經燃(ran)燒形成懸(xuan)浮狀態(tai),產(chan)生混(hun)雜有(you)大(da)量不(bu)燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕集就得到(dao)了粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)學組成與(yu)粘土質相似,主要成分為二氧(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三氧(yang)化(hua)二鐵(tie)、氧(yang)化(hua)鈣和未(wei)燃(ran)盡碳(tan)。
工作原理
濕粉(fen)煤灰(hui)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層滾筒(tong)(tong)的內層,實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan), 粉(fen)煤灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)內層的抄板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層不(bu)(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層既充(chong)(chong)分吸(xi)收內層滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱量,同時(shi)(shi)又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層另一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果,完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)過(guo)程(cheng)。
