三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪帶與托輪支承,由電(dian)機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪。通(tong)過托輪與輪帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地(di)被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
