煤粉灰烘(hong)干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一(yi)種似火山(shan)灰質混(hun)合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤的(de)發電廠將(jiang)煤磨成(cheng)100微(wei)米以下的(de)煤粉,用預熱空氣(qi)噴(pen)入爐膛經(jing)燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生混雜(za)有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉煤灰。粉煤灰的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土質(zhi)相(xiang)似,主要(yao)成(cheng)分(fen)為(wei)二氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)二鋁、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
