三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外(wai)(wai)形總(zong)長(chang)度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內呈矩形多(duo)回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)(chao)板內進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
