粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)的(de)發電廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)100微米以下的(de)煤(mei)粉(fen),用預熱空氣噴(pen)入(ru)爐膛(tang)經(jing)燃(ran)燒(shao)形成(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai),產(chan)生(sheng)混雜有大量(liang)不燃(ran)物的(de)高(gao)溫煙氣,經(jing)集塵裝置(zhi)捕(bu)集就得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)灰。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)與粘土(tu)質相似,主要成(cheng)分為二氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)硅、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二鋁、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)二鐵、氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)鈣(gai)和未燃(ran)盡碳(tan)。
工作原理
