工作(zuo)原理
沙子(zi)烘干機是一種傾斜安裝的回轉式鋼筒體,斜度為3-6%,轉速為5-9r/min。
筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)裝有輪(lun)(lun)帶和大齒(chi)圈(quan)。筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)依靠輪(lun)(lun)帶支撐在(zai)托輪(lun)(lun)上(shang)。驅(qu)動(dong)裝置端(duan)的輪(lun)(lun)帶一側裝有擋輪(lun)(lun),以(yi)限制筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)沿傾斜(xie)(xie)方(fang)向(xiang)的竄(cuan)動(dong)。在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機設(she)備底部(bu)溫(wen)度達400℃-800℃狀態下(xia)(xia),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)(you)提升機或(huo)者(zhe)皮帶機從(cong)(cong)喂料(liao)(liao)口喂入烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)通(tong)(tong)過大齒(chi)圈(quan)在(zai)驅(qu)動(dong)裝置作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia)回轉,由(you)(you)于筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)具(ju)有一定(ding)的斜(xie)(xie)度且連續不斷地回轉,使(shi)得物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)重力的作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia)從(cong)(cong)高(gao)(gao)端(duan)向(xiang)低端(duan)移(yi)動(dong),在(zai)移(yi)動(dong)的過程(cheng)中逐漸與(yu)熱(re)源(yuan)產(chan)生的高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)進行熱(re)交(jiao)換。烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)后的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)低端(duan)卸出(chu),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)所(suo)含水份蒸(zheng)發(fa)后被氣(qi)(qi)流帶走,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內停留時(shi)間約為(wei)13-20min,可(ke)根據(ju)根據(ju)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)含水率進行不同設(she)計。熱(re)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)由(you)(you)熱(re)風爐生成(cheng),在(zai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內部(bu)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)相接觸,通(tong)(tong)過熱(re)傳(chuan)導(dao),對流,輻射等多(duo)種方(fang)式將(jiang)熱(re)量傳(chuan)遞(di)給(gei)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao),從(cong)(cong)而使(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)溫(wen)度不斷升高(gao)(gao),水分不斷被蒸(zheng)發(fa),符(fu)合水分要求(qiu)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)從(cong)(cong)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)端(duan)出(chu)料(liao)(liao)罩下(xia)(xia)部(bu)出(chu)口卸料(liao)(liao),帶著水蒸(zheng)汽的氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)經(jing)除塵(chen)器等環保(bao)設(she)施(shi)處理后達到(dao)環保(bao)要求(qiu)排放標的煙氣(qi)(qi)由(you)(you)引風機抽出(chu)經(jing)煙囪排空。
