三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平放(fang)置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分(fen)的利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形(xing)總(zong)長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)(di)減少占地(di)(di)面(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更(geng)換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間設(she)計(ji)成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
