粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是(shi)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)煤(mei)的(de)(de)發電廠(chang)將煤(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)100微米(mi)以下的(de)(de)煤(mei)粉(fen),用預(yu)熱空氣(qi)噴入爐(lu)膛經(jing)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生(sheng)混(hun)雜有大量不燃(ran)(ran)物的(de)(de)高溫煙氣(qi),經(jing)集塵裝置捕集就得到了粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉(fen)煤(mei)灰(hui)的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相(xiang)似,主(zhu)要成(cheng)(cheng)分為(wei)二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁(lv)、三(san)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)(ran)盡碳。
