粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。

工作原理(li)
濕(shi)粉煤灰由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入三層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan), 粉煤灰在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)在此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在熱風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)過程(cheng)。
