SNCR脫(tuo)硝原理
SNCR(選擇性非催化還原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan))煙氣(qi)脫硝技術主(zhu)要使(shi)用含氮(dan)的(de)還原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)劑(ji)在(zai)850~ 1150°C溫度范圍噴入含NO的(de)燃燒產(chan)(chan)物中,發生還原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)反(fan)(fan)應,脫除(chu)NO,生產(chan)(chan)氮(dan)氣(qi)和水(shui)(shui)。該技術以爐膛(tang)為(wei)反(fan)(fan)應器,目前使(shi)用的(de)還原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)劑(ji)主(zhu)要是尿素和氨水(shui)(shui)。
SCR脫硝原理
SCR (選擇(ze)(ze)性催化(hua)還原(yuan))脫硝技術(shu)是指在(zai)催化(hua)劑和氧氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)存(cun)在(zai)下(xia),在(zai)320-427℃溫度范圍下(xia),還原(yuan)劑(無(wu)水(shui)氨(an)、氨(an)水(shui)或尿素)有(you)選擇(ze)(ze)性地與煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)NOx反(fan)應生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)無(wu)害的(de)氮(dan)和水(shui),從而(er)去除煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)NOx,選擇(ze)(ze)性是指還原(yuan)劑NH3和煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)NOx發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)還原(yuan)反(fan)應,而(er)不與煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)氧氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)反(fan)應。
