工(gong)作原理
靜(jing)電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的(de)工作(zuo)原理(li)是利(li)用高壓(ya)電場使煙(yan)氣(qi)發(fa)生電離,氣(qi)流(liu)中(zhong)的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)荷(he)電在電場作(zuo)用下與氣(qi)流(liu)分離。負極(ji)由不(bu)同斷面形狀的(de)金屬導線制成,叫放電電極(ji)。正極(ji)由不(bu)同幾何(he)形狀的(de)金屬板制成,叫集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電極(ji)。靜(jing)電除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)受粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)(xing)質(zhi)、設(she)備(bei)構造和煙(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)速(su)等三(san)個因素的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)比(bi)電阻(zu)是評價導電性(xing)(xing)的(de)指標,它對(dui)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率有直接的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。比(bi)電阻(zu)過低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)難以保(bao)持在集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電極(ji)上,致使其(qi)重返氣(qi)流(liu)。比(bi)電阻(zu)過高,到達集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電極(ji)的(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)電荷(he)不(bu)易放出(chu),在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間形成電壓(ya)梯度會(hui)產生局(ju)部(bu)擊穿和放電現象。這(zhe)些情況都(dou)會(hui)造成除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率下降。
