煤粉灰烘干機(ji)是煤粉經高溫燃燒(shao)后形(xing)成的一種似火(huo)山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤的(de)發電廠將(jiang)煤磨(mo)成100微米以下的(de)煤粉(fen),用預熱空(kong)氣噴(pen)入爐膛經燃(ran)燒形(xing)成懸(xuan)浮(fu)狀態,產(chan)生混(hun)雜(za)有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)高溫煙氣,經集塵裝置捕(bu)集就得到(dao)了粉(fen)煤灰。粉(fen)煤灰的(de)化(hua)學組成與粘土(tu)質相似,主要成分為二氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
工作原理
濕粉(fen)煤灰由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan), 粉(fen)煤灰在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋(xuan)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)過程。
